To remove stubborn stain and residue from you oven, you can either use strong chemicals or natural means. Though chemicals and cleaners give good results, they can have other side effects and can also be dangerous especially if you have kids at home. You can consider using natural material like baking soda, vinegar or lemon juice to remove stains and bad smell.
